Sorry to say but all the colleges you mentioned are not good for engineering. College do not offers good placement to students.
Reviews of the college are not too good. Please try to find other colleges for engineering .
I suggest you not to take admission in any of these colleges.

Bce Bhagalpur is good for engineering in all aspects.
Placement are good. Faculty are well qualified and experienced and helped students in all aspects.
