The admission applications for 2019 BTech at Jamia millia Islamia has not yet started. The admissions for school have opened but for the UG courses, it is yet to be started. And hopefully it is expected that the applications would start by the begining of the month of March. You need to wait for the official announcement of admissions for the session 2019-20.
