dear aspirant,

Yes. There is are very clear chances as the third round will end on 13 thof July….one month remaining till the mid of August when session starts…. so there is time.Secondly, mop up round is fourth round conducted by wbjeeb but spot round is fifth round conducted seperately by college/University.
