There is no as such fixed Cut off.
The cut off is decided by 50 percentile marks, that is, of the total students appearing, the first 50% will be considered eligible for councelling, and the lowest marks in that 50 percentile is considered the cut off marks.
For example , 100 students appear in the NEET, after exam a list will be made according to marks, first 50 students are eligible. The marks of that 50th student will be cut off marks.
