Please what is the expected cutoff for st under 15% quoata in medical colledge of south india??will the cutoff be higher than last year?

According to NEET UG 2018 counselling, you have to score accordingly to secure a seat in government medical college. For this year the rank secured by the ST candidates secured ranks around 70612 with marks 409 to secure a seat in government medical colleges.
