According to the question toughness I'm predicting that some how your rank will be above 25k . And your pharmacy rank depends on your physic and chemistry number. If you got high marks in physics and chemistry your pharmacy rank will be better than your GMR.

Since exact rank is very hard to predict, we can't provide you that. But your most probable General Merit Rank will be 11k+. Pharmacy rank depends totally upon your performance in Physics and Chemistry.

Can I get govnment btech colleges with this rank..???

There are very few number of government colleges in West Bengal, you can not get a seat in any government college of west bengal with this rank. But you may wait till extended round, you may get production engineering or food processing in JU. But the probability is very low. Only on the year of 2017 JU called upto 12k rank for admission in extended rounds. So it'll be a wise decision to get in touch with college for necessary updates as it doesn't comes under WBJEEB counselling.
Without ju can I get other govnment colleges...???
No actually. JU was just an example. Kalyani and Jalpaiguri Govt engineering colleges doesn't even call for extended round.
