Rank 2150 in clat 2018, can I get nluo in vacant seat, if not then which nlu?

Hey.

Considering your rank you seem to have a fair chance to get admission in the lower NLUs through Vacancies. You have low chances in

National Law University Odisha and National University of Study and Research in Law if any vacancy arises.

Other than that you have slightly more chances in

National Law University and Judicial Academy, Assam, Tamil Nadu National Law School-

Damodaram Sanjivayya National Law University, Vishakhapatnam.

If I get admited in lower nlu in merit list 3, but then I get a seat in nluo(hopefully), can I transfer my fees from the lower nlu to nluo.
