If you are sure that your exam was good and you wrote the paper well then simply apply for rechecking as this will be the best option which you can do.

hey,
sorry to say if you have not declared as pass in your 10+2m then irrespective of the thing that you have cleared the JEE mains exam still you are not eligible , as the basic eligibility criteria says candidate must have done their 10+2 and as english as main subject like physics , chemistry and mathematics , no matter if because of any of the additional subject somehow you managed to be declared as pass but you need to pass in english subject individually.
