Hello aspirant,
I want to inform you about MBBS abroad, as you have mentioned there is nothing like that, your neet score is valid for next three years to take admission in universities abroad to persue MBBS.
As many of my friends have been there in various countries they told me that its nothing like that. And keep a note that mostly students get scammed on the name of getting seat to study abroad so make sure to do proper research.
