IIST is best for engineering in all aspects whether its placement or infrastructure or fee etc...
If I talk about the academics at IIST, it is really good . IIST has great labs. Plus, the scope for research is very good. Besides, you can visit some of the ISRO centers as well as learn a lot. The library at IIST is great.
