No, AP Eamcet counselling dates for BiPC are not announced yet, only Eamcet counselling for MPC stream was completed and issued seat allotment results on July 16th. A saperate notification and counselling dates will be released for BIPC stream very soon. So you need not to worry keep up to date for Notification announcement.
