Hi Mohammed, 

As per the eamcet ranking your brother has crossed the qualifying  mark in eamcet since he has scored 44 and the minimum required is 40.

But your brother's  group marks might be the reason for him not being qualified since his score is lesser than the qualifying  marks in the intermediate exam in groups.  

So,  please check his group marks qualification also  .May be it could  give you an idea what has happened.

As per the prospectus of EMCET, minimum 25% marks will be required to score in the TS EAMCET examination to qualify it. ie., total 40 marks will be needed out of 160 to qualify TS EAMCET exam.

Since your brother has scored 44 he is qualified. Please check with the results again.
