The National Testing Agency (NTA) has published dress code rules for JEE Main 2021. During the exam, students must adhere to the JEE Main 2021 dress code as stipulated by the authorities. The JEE Main 3rd session 2021 test will be held in an online format on July 20, 22, 25, and 27.
Female candidates
Candidates are not permitted to wear any type of stole, dupatta, or scarf.
Students are not permitted to wear any type of jewellery or decorations.
Candidates are not permitted to wear any metal or metal-containing clothing or accessories.
On the day of the exam, candidates should dress light and comfortable, bearing in mind the season and weather.
Candidates are not permitted to wear goggles, rings, bracelets, or other similar things.
Male candidates
Candidates are not permitted to wear any clothing that contains metallic elements. Metallic objects are problematic during frisking and should be avoided.
Candidates are not permitted to wear a hat, muffler, or any other fabric over their heads while taking the test. Students should dress in light-weight, comfortable clothing to minimise discomfort while taking the exam.
It is definitely forbidden to wear any sort of jewellery or decorations.
Candidates are not permitted to wear goggles.
