The most important document is the 10th class certificate.

So correct you mother name during the correction window from 12th-16th March.

However, these are minute details and should not create a problem. All the best. 

Mention the name in 10th certificate. Correction window is open now.

Go with the details as per class 10th Marksheet. If you have done any mistakes correct it from 15th March 2018 from 10 am. CBSE will allow correction until 17th March. You will be allowed once to correct your details. Do it carefully within scheduled time. Best of luck !

Mother's name should be exactly same as written in class x , as its the official detailed record of any student.

Dear Anil, even i had a lot of doubt while filling the neet form during my exams last year. But the point is that actually doesn't matter how your mom's name is written. The application won't be rejected. So let it what it is. Rather focus on your exams than taking tension about your form filling. So all the best for your exams and give it your best.

If your 10th class and adhar card name are same and you want to make that in your application then there is possibility to do so.
