Let me answer your question first, Yes, You can surely go ahead with MSC in Computational Chemistry as you have a keen interest in chemistry.  You will also feel it easy and interesting to do  Msc as you are interested in chemistry. Coming to the jobs in computational chemistry You have plenty of jobs with handsome package. The average package of the computational Chemistry is 30,000 -35,000.
