Hey,

According to the new rules you don't need to secure 75% in your class 12th , you just need to pass your 12th boards with minimum passing marks.

Now, talking about jee you need to secure the cutoff percentile in your Jee Mains for taking admission in NITS, IIITS, CFTIS and for IIT colleges you need to secure the cutoff marks in Jee Advanced too.

So,for now don't lose hope on seeing your class 12th percentage as you still can get admission in these colleges. Just keep working hard and give your best.

Hope it helps.

Good luck.

Luckily for you, this year there is no minimum aggregate that you need to score in your 12th to be considered eligible for JEE Advanced or NITs or CFTIs. So you can still participate in the Counselling. Before taking a drop, we would suggest you to appear for the exam. You might be scared now but in reality you do not if you do not try it. Who knows the paper might be easy and you might surprise yourself? You do not lose anything by giving it a try. You did not score 61.4% without knowing anything. If you can use the same basics and fundamentals in the exam, you might score good. You do not know how good you are until you give it a try. May be after the results then you can take a call on dropping and reappearing. . In Physics, Modern Physics take the top slot with 5 questions. Heat and Thermodynamics, Optics, Current Electricity, Elcetrostatics get 3 questions each. Magnetic has 2 questions and the rest get 1 question each. In Chemistry, Transition Elements and Coordination Chemistry, Periodic Table and Representative elements take 3 questions slot. Thermodynamics and Gaseous state, Atomic structure, Chemical Bonding, Chemical and Iconic Equilibrium, Solid State and Surface Chemistry and Nuclear Chemistry and Environment get 2 questions slot eacch and the remaining get 1 question each.In Mathematics, Co-ordinate Geometry gets 5 questions. Limits, Continuity and Differentiability, Integral Calculus get 3 questions slot each. The rest get 2 and 1 questions slot.
