You can even fill the form and pay the fees. Then for a time being, the  application form window opens to make some changes or edit your details. In case, you are still uncertain or unsure, then you can go with your own mentioned option. As you haven’t paid the fees, it won’t be counted. Just make another email ID.

Since you haven't paid the fees yet, you can fill another application form of CMAT 2019. Enter the details in the application form carefully as no corrections/modifications will be accepted once the application form has been submitted.
