Should I get admitted in govt college and also will prepare next year jee or completely drop a year?

In this situation there will be a two options in which one you can go into the government college and meanwhile preparing for jee mains and another option only simply going for the long term of jee mains
My suggestion if your really passionate to Crack iit then only go for the long term else don't opt for it
