Hello Sneha, You have not properly mentioned about the situation here. But if you have already been allocated the seat, then you won't be getting any refund after that because you already used the services of the counselling and they did their job of providing you a seat. In case you want to leave that seat now then it will remain vacant and the seat will be wasted which will be a financial loss for the institute. So, if you were allocated a seat, then don't expect any refund.
