Hi vishwa,

If you want to prepare for jee and also want to take admission in college. Then you prepare for jee while bot going to college and if you want to give college exams then submit medical to college before one month to college exams, then you will get the admit card, and if not, then you will give 1st sem exams in 3rd sem and 2nd sem exam in 4rth.
And yes college will give your documents for this you provide them your results and make them sure that you get admission in btech there.

Hope this helps
Best of luck!
