Hello aspirant.

As an ST aspirant to qualify in JEE Advanced, according to 2020 one must score 8.75% of total marks of the Jee advanced exam, that is in each subject you need to score a minimum of 2.5% marks of the total subject score. That is as JEE advanced 2020 exam is conducted for 366 marks, out of 366 as an ST student to qualify you need to score a total score of 34 that is 8.75% of 366 marks. And scoring a total of 34 marks you need to score more than 3 marks in every subject to qualify in an individual subject, which is 2.5% of the subject total.

Hi.

To qualify for JEE Advanced, you need to clear the cutoff marks. Cutoff marks for JEE Adv 2020 for ST Candidate was 34 marks with 3 marks in each subject.

Cutoff marks for an exam are announced after the exam has taken place.

Good Luck

Hi student,

As per the previous year cutoffs, to qualify in JEE Advanced, an ST category student needs 39 to 45 percentile. This percentile score is equivalent to18 to 24 marks in JEE Main. Getting this would be easy for you but qualifying JEE Advanced would not be this much easy.

Also, these states are based on previous year cutoff that can change.

Feel free to ask doubts in the Comment Section.

I hope this information helps you.

Good Luck!
