sir I am a general student and I got 124 in neet . have there any chance to get any government college ?

As per NEET 2020 results following has been the qualifying cutoff against respective category;
Unreserved/EWS: 720-147
OBC: 146-113
SC: 146-113
ST: 146-113
Unreserved/EWS-PWD: 146-129
With 124 marks unfortunately you haven't even qualified NEET hence you're not eligible for any Medical College whatsoever, if you have aspiration of pursuing a medical career ahead in future consider reappearing for NEET 2021, there is enough time left, usually NEET is conducted in the month of May, but due to covid pandemic it may or may not impact the usual schedule depending on the prevailing circumstances, we'll get further clarity only through the official notification released by NTA regarding this,so use this time wisely, work diligently with focus and dedication, to help you out in this we have NEET Knockout Package: https://learn.careers360.com/knockout-neet-may/

Sorry to say but as per the details shared by you, there are no chances that you will get any government medical colleges this year, Since the minimum qualifying cutoff for NEET 2020 for general category is 720-127 therefore you not even qualified NEET exam this year, so it is advisable that if you have time to prepare for one more year and that too with complete dedication then you must go for it.
