If yes then you can get admission in DTU(Delhi Technological University) in electrical,mechanical branch,it is one of the best college in Delhi.
You can also take admission in NSUT which is also in Delhi ,many good companies visit both of these colleges.
They have pay package in crores for some branches.
- If you are from outside Delhi then you can take admission in NIT of your state( National Institute Of Technology).
- You can use various college predictor tools available on internet and predict the college in which you can get admission.
You can ask your elder brother or sister regarding this.I hope that you will get admission in good colleges based on your percentile.

Since your percentile is less than your category cutoff percentile you can not secure a place in JEE advanced exam but based on your percentile in JEE mains you can secure a spot in following Engineering colleges:
