The eligibility criteria to apply for NDA states that the candidate must have passed in class 12th with minimum 50% marks in PCM subject compulsorily from a recognised board of education in case he wish to join Navy or Air force. For Army, PCB will also work. Candidates currently in class 12Th can also apply, but should be able to produce the passing certificate when necessary.
So,yes. You can apply.

Yes,According to the eligibility criteria of NDA, unmarried candidates who have completed their Class 12 or equivalent examination can apply for the exam.
