Hello there. Hope you are doing good. I would like to tell you that in such case where your documents are also verified, you should definitely contact the examination authorities as EWS category will surely make a difference in the cutoffs and you might get a better college by taking advantage of the reservation you are supposed to get. You can mail your query to the examination department and hope to get a positive response from their end.
