I regret to say you that your marks are not sufficient enough to get any governement medical or dental college. The minimum cutoff for any government medical college for a SC cabdidate is 350. However you can try for private colleges through management quota. It is advisible to drop out a year and prepare well for next year neet exam if your only passion is medicine or else please get into any other streams.

Your marks are very less so chances of getting a government college is quite impossible even if you belong to SC category. The cutoff is high this year and the competition is increasing day by day.. Need to work hard.. Dont loose hope there private colleges available or you can try next year.
