HI,

Just apply for a fresh caste certificate at your's nearby meeseva centre.

Go to the MRO Office of your area along with the Andhra Certificate,along with a affidavit from the advocate and aadhar card. If your caste is listed in Telangana, you will be asked to pay the relevant fee and will be issued a Certificate to that effect in a few days time.
