Based upon your fetched percentile in the JEE mains entrance exam paper 2 your chances of getting the good College's will be less but anyways if you are interested to get into the private institution then yaah you will definitely get into the any college.

25%ile is too low score to get any college .You won't get any private college on this score.
It would be better if you are interested in architecture course then prepare for the next year and appear in exams like JEE mains paper 2 and NATA.
If you don't have interest then you can choose other stream by appearing in JEE mains.
Its time for you to prepare again rather take admission in any random private college.
