hey shraddha ,seeing this year's cutoff which went very high that even students getting 500 were confused about their college.So, with these marks i.e. 349 you wont get any goverment college for mbbs even in state quota ,you can surely get BAMS,BDS seat in goverment quota but not for mbbs.if you want mbbs than go for private college.
