At this rank, According to previous year's statistics, you won't get either Civil or Mechanical in both NIT Agartala and NIT Andhra Pradesh. Though you might get the following branches lin NIT Agartala:

• Production Engineering at  NIT Agartala
• Bio-Engineering at NIT Agartala
• Integrated M.Tech Engineering Physics at NIT Agartala

With this rank it will be very difficult for you to get admission in either of them. At the very best you can have a chance of getting admission in any new IIIT or GFTI but even there it will be very difficult for you to get a good branch. You can also try for your local colleges and other private colleges. You can also drop for a year. to prepare for JEE. Hope this helps.
