It is difficult to predict exact rank but according to you, you scored 48 marks in AP EAMCET 2021 then your rank would be around 30000- 40000 .You do not mention your category. So I am assuming that you belongs to open category.   So, there is minimum chance to get admission in Shri Vishnu College Of Pharmacy for B.Pharma course.
