Sir i got 84% in 12, from himanchal board. I am in general category . Would i got bsc non medical in pu.

Yes you can apply for admission in BSc at PU, Chandigarh admission is based on entrance exam.
You have good percentage that will help you for admissions rest depends on the cutoff.
You can also apply in various Colleges that are affiliated to PU and provide degrees with same value.

Sir Was the procedure for session 2018 same ?Ya fir isi sal say impliment hua hai
But sir last some of my friends just fill the form and got admission in colleges like mcm dav, they had not given pucet ,they just fill the form.
Ya that's right. As I have also mentioned Colleges above you can also take Admissions to them sometime these Colleges don't ask for Entrance test.
But University always asks for Entrance tests in Bsc.

Yes you can apply for Punjab University as you have scored well in class twelth. So you can go for it.
Because the eligibility criteria for getting admission in Punjab University is a candidate must have passed class12th with an aggregate of atleast 55%.
