You will get into Atma Ram Sanatan Dharma College in 2 nd cutoff. You are also eligible for Rajdhani College, though that is in the Western region for Delhi.
You should be qualifying for ARSD this year, and I suggest you to definitely apply and take admission there. It is slowly rising as one of the best South Campus colleges.
