The percentile which you got should fetch you a core branch in this college but let me tell you that these things depends on your state ranking and one doesn't know how the dynamics will change because the number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper .
If your state ranking is below 6-6.5k then you will surely get a core branch here. For cse branch you need to be under 1k.
