Hi Bhavya,
This year a total of 1,45,386 aspirant appeared for the JEE B.Arch Examination. Therefore, basing upon the total number of aspirants the formula for calculating your rank would be ([100-your percentile] x 145386)/100. Therefore, approximately your rank will be around 5,670.
Considering your rank of 5,670, you can geta admission to various colleges. However, you can check for yourself depending upon your category and the state you belong to. Use last year's cut off, opening and closingrank, to predict a colleg for yourself. (Link is here: https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/jee-main-cutoff-for-b-arch-b-planning#) It surely varies but not majorly.

Congrats for scoring 96.1 percentile in JEE main paper 2.
We can't say that which NIT you wil get but we can predict the rank with this percentile .
There is a pedicted formula from our team to predict rank
Total No of students = 145386
Formula
Probable Rank= ( 100 - your NTA percentile ) x 145386 / 100
So your predicted rank =5670 approx
Our Team predicted that the qualify cutt off would be above 85 percentile .But it just a prediction .So pleae wait till april.
You have scored very good percentile so according to me you will get admission in following NIT's...
