sir i got bds seat in 1 phase i didnot pay money for that seat and i did not attend 2 phase , now is any chance to attend 3 phase counsiling

Hello dear candidate.
The third round, that is the mop up round is a offline round, where you have to be physically present at the centre provided.
Even if you haven't attended the third round of counseling session, you may still appear for the mop up round.
