Hi ! No, you can't pay like that of 50,000 at an installment. Well, there is no option unless and until there are such policies. In some college there are policies regarding payment of fees in installment. So you can query for it. So hope you understand and best of luck to you.

As you secured seat allotment in TS EAMCET counselling in first round it's very good 

And also you secured seat in the Vardhaman college of engineering it is good

According to the rules of the TS EAMCET you have to pay the total fee at once only . Cannot pay term wise
