Though it is not a major problem, you should have edited your details during the correction window. At the time of counselling (document verification) you can submit a self attested affidavit claiming both the persons are same. It should be supported by proper documents and should also contain the signature of your parents.
Well in the process the priority is given to the deatails like age, academics qualifications, category etc but you should be well prepared and carry the affidavit in advanced as the final decision is made by the verifying officer.
