With your marks, you are eligible for JEE main examination. However, you are not eligible to take admission in Government engineering colleges which usually require 75% marks as cutoff (for general candidates). And, you are eligible to give JMI 2019. Also take chance in giving JEE main 2019, you might get a good private college.

Yeah definitely you are eligible for writing the JEE MAINS examination as writing the JEE Mains doesn't have any percentage eligibility. But yaah inorder to enter in these elite institutes like IIT and NIT you should have atleast of 75% in class 12th if you are from General Category.
