With 83 percentile in JEE Mains, your rank is expected to be around 1.5 lakh to 2 lakh in. The common rank list. Your SC category rank would be around 8000-10000.
As the cutoff for JEE Mains for SC category is expected to be around 54 Percentile, so you have definitely qualified for appearing for JEE Advanced.
So please prepare for JEE Advanced as it will be conducted on September 27, 2020.

You can write jee advance with your percentile what you jave got. For sc category there will be very less qualified percentile . So that you can write jee advance. If you get good college in jee mains ypu can go through it or else if you want to write advance you can.
