The 85% state quota counselling is conducted by the state authorities in each other on different dates. The state quota will make it mandatory for the submission of domicile certificate during the application process. Therefore, if you have the domicile of Karnataka state then only you will be eligible to apply in state quota for Karnataka colleges.
