I hope you are doing good. Firslty I would suggest you to that dont panic and feel regret for the situtations that happend in the past. If you have your certificated issued on 16/02/2021 it will be now expired because it will be valid only till the end of finanical year . However at the time of counselling ts eamcet you can show them your new ews certififcate and they will understand because they also know the procedure. I would advise you to get your new certficate issue asap and avail the benefits
