See PwD reservation is the horizontal type reservation not vertical so it gets 5% advantage along with the other Unreserved/Reserved categories as per the Rights of Persons with Disability Act, 2016 but to be considered for PwD reservation you should have at least 40% of disability and as you have mentioned that you have only 18% of disability then you are not eligible for PwD reservation across any category.

Since you have not mentioned your home state so considering it as UP according to your profile and category as general.

So on such marks and category you have good chances of getting some Private medical colleges in UP under state quota according to previous year's cut-off. As we go through previous year's cut-off then it shows that you can get following colleges :-

• Heritage Institute of Medical Sciences, Varanasi
