Dear student,
As you have secured 25000 rank in sc category in jee mains then your crl rank must be around near about 390000.
So, with this much high sc category rank you can't get any iiits or nits or gftis in whole csab counseling not even from your home state quota.
Also, there are very low chances that you can get some gftis in csab round counseling.
