You have scored a little low marks than last year cut off.This year paper was extremly easy and that's why there will be up shift in the scores.At 504 marks you'll be able to get only private medical colleges of your state.

For AU region the cut off is more than 522 marks.You have slight chance due to EWS category benefit.As EWS is new that's why there is no previous data on it and nothing can be said exactly.You should apply for state counselling to know better which colleges you can get.

Ews category reservation is yet to be implemented .So we do not have any past year records to predict anything .
If I go by the previous year data then you have alight chances of getting admission in a goverment medical college in andhra pradesh through state quota.since the last cutoff marks for genral category was 494.
But since the cutoff changes every year ,nothing can be said much.
