I am facing same issue regarding Rajasthan counselling fee refund.

Hi,

Usually the security fees paid in counselling takes time to get refunded. So in order to get your demand draft you have to wait for 1-2 months. The draft would be sent to your permanent or residential address. You can contact the helpline numbers, and they will help you with the status.
