Actually JEE Mains didn't mention actual valid date fot category certificate. But issue date may be 1 year to 2 year. If you didn't notice any mentioning validation date for your certificate recently then you have no issue with your certificate.

No,it is not valid because the non creamy layer obc certificate has to be made for the current year otherwise it won't be accepted . You have to make your obc non creamy layer certificate in the current and that too it should be issued on or after 1st of april.
