Hi there as per your your percentile your ranking will be 6000+ . According to previous year cutoff of VJTI all branches have cutoff below 3000 in final round except

Branch in VJTI ranking

Production engineering 5276

Textile technology 10163

Similarly for WCE sangli the previous year cutoff for all branches are below 6000. But you should apply for these college as we can't predict your obc rank in Maharashtra. 6000+ will be your all over open rank.
