According to previous year cutoffs you can get electrcal in BIET, but I cannot give you an assurance as the cutoffs are not out.

With 676 SC rank, Chitransh you can get BIET and may be IET as well. You should try for MMMIT as well. You should also try for colleges like AKGEC, JSS, KIET.
