The cut off marks vary every year.According to NEET 2019 the closing rank for Index Medical College Indore for SC category was 215620 and the marks were 328.The cut off score depends on a variety of factors.There might be slight variations in the closing ranks.Check out the link below to know the cut off scores of various colleges :

Ruchika, Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. Now cut offs are different for each State, For example lets you belong to Chattisgarh. In 2019, under State Quota, 394 marks secured a seat in Rajnandgaon Medical College. That was the cut off. Now this is 2019 data and as mentioned, cut offs change every year. So you will need atleast 450-525 for a seat in Government Medical College even with SC reservation.
